Free Australia Shipping & Delivery
Our service includes free shipping and delivery to your home or office address where you are available to receive the item. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Order Confirmation & Shipment
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have received your order in our system. We will process the payment and double-check that there are no issues with the order. If there are issues, we will contact you via email. Order processing time is 1-3 business days. Once the order is processed, the courier is organised to deliver the item based on the following delivery estimates:
Estimated delivery (NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT): Between 3-5 business days within capital cities
Regional, SA, & WA: Between 7-14 business days
Parcel tracking will be provided once the courier is booked for delivery.
To get an approximate delivery date please refer to the tracking number if provided, and you can also call the courier's office phone number that we provide to you. The courier may arrive anytime between Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm depending on their delivery schedule for the day.
14 Day Easy Returns
We want you to feel confident when shopping with FLORA DESIGNS.
Contact us if you change your mind within 14 days of receiving the item for a refund. The item must be in the same condition when it was received, unused, undamaged, and with its original packaging. Please keep the original packaging just in case the item needs to be re-packed. Additional re-packaging charges will apply if the original packaging is unusable.
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card or other payment method that was charged during the time of ordering.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can organise a courier to pick up the item at your address. If you wish to organise your own return shipping, please advise us so that we can inform you of the returns warehouse address.
Once we have received the return item in good condition, we will refund you the order amount, less the cost of the courier pick up from your address.
- Items marked as 'For Clearance' or 'Final Clearance' may not be returned or exchanged.
- Trade and business orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Special order items, and pre-order items.
Please inspect the packaging of the item(s) as soon as they arrive, and if you notice any damage please make a note of it when signing for delivery. Please email email@example.com immediately and within 7 days of receiving a damaged item with photos of the damage and the packaging. A refund, or a replacement can be arranged. Please keep the original packaging just in case the item is to be re-packed. Additional re-packaging charges will apply if the original packaging is unusable.
These terms may be amended periodically and you will be deemed to have accepted any amendments if you use the website after those amendments have been posted.
